Magical Christmas Fair at the Poznań International Fair
The Christmas market is one of the most beautiful events that have been brightening up the pre-Christmas period for years. This season, from November 16 to December 31, the Poznań International Fair will transform into a true winter wonderland full of unique attractions, Christmas specialties and joyful moments for the whole family.
Christmas in Poznań will soon bring a truly magical atmosphere to residents and tourists. The Christmas Fair at the Poznań International Fair starts on 16 November, inviting everyone to celebrate together until the end of December. The grand opening of the fair, with a Meza concert (5 p.m.) and the ceremonial lighting of a huge Christmas tree, will take place on 17 November, creating a festive atmosphere and uniting visitors around this exceptional moment.
One of the most characteristic elements of the fair will be the Mill Wheel, which not only attracts attention but also offers unforgettable views of the illuminated fair houses, but also of the whole of Poznań. Nearby there will be a colorful Venetian Carousel, which will certainly provide unforgettable emotions for both children and adults, spinning to the rhythm of Christmas melodies.
The fair wouldn't be complete without an ice rink, where you can try your hand at skating or just have a good time enjoying the winter atmosphere. Skating surrounded by Christmas lights will be a great way to spend a winter afternoon or evening.
The event will also feature attractions for the youngest – Santa's House is a magical place where children can meet Santa and share their holiday wishes with him. Marcin the Moose will also add to the holiday spirit, ensuring smiles and great fun for everyone and providing many attractions, and talking to him will bring a lot of joy.
On weekends, there will be concerts that will put visitors in a fun mood and add a unique atmosphere to the fair. In addition to the regular attractions, we invite you to accompanying events - from December 6 to 8 , the Festival of Gifts will be held , which will be a great opportunity to buy unique gifts, from handicrafts to artistic products and decorations.
For those looking for culinary experiences, a rich gastronomic offer has been prepared. Guests will be able to try traditional Polish dishes as well as popular holiday delicacies such as churros. There will be no shortage of warming drinks, including aromatic mulled wine, hot chocolate and holiday tea - ideal for frosty days.
